Current opportunities
Accounts Manager
We will shortly have a vacancy for an experienced and enthusiastic accounts manager to cover maternity leave in our proactive professional practice. Due to future expansion and restructuring plans, the role may lead to a permanent position for the successful candidate.
Leading and managing a small team of qualified accountants and accounting technicians, responsibilities will include work flow management, file review, billing and a significant amount of client care. The accounts manager will also be responsible for appropriate training, technical support and outsource management. A practicing certificate from a CCAB recognised accountancy body, although not essential, would be an advantage, as would experience with IRIS practice software and INVU document management.
We are looking for someone who will enjoy a challenge, look beyond compliance work and make a contribution to our clients’ businesses.
Marketing Coordinator and Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
We have a vacancy for an experienced secretary working as Personal Assistant supporting the Managing Director. Support responsibilities include correspondence, meetings preparation, internal administration, internal management, marketing, systems analysis and other matters arising.
We are seeking an applicant who has office experience and is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications, including word, excel and outlook. Knowledge if IRIS, INVU and the ability to audio type would be an advantage. Applicants should be good communicators with excellent organisational skills and the ability to use their own initiative.
