deliver. Conversely, we will not fail to do what we promise. We
will not "avoid" difficult conversations. We believe in the advise
we give, we respect confidences, agree clear expectations with our
clients and avoid conflicts of interest. We will speak up if something
is wrong without fear of recrimination.
Taking personal responsibility. We shall train our personnel
to a high level and encourage them to achieve their maximum potential.
They shall be expected to take personal responsibility for, and
ownership of, the decisions they make and actions they take.
Strong client relationships. Through the delivery of consistent
and reliable high quality services which exceed our clients' expectations
we shall develop strong and personal client relationships.
