My priority is to meet and greet our clients and help you put you in touch with the person you need to meet or speak with, usually your client manager, as quickly and efficiently as possible. I ensure you are called back within a maximum of two hours if you are unable to speak with someone who can help you immediately.
What I do at Alexander & Co
I work in our reception and administration team alongside everyone at Alexander & Co to ensure we provide all our clients with the best possible support and service, at all times. I do always try and see things from a client’s point of view.
I am in charge of our electronic filing system and ensure that our procedures are followed so that everyone at Alexander & Co can always lay their hands on your records and correspondence; even those persons who are not working on your affairs.
