Fee policy
In the provision of services to our clients, we operate a transparent fee policy.
One of the greatest and most frequent complaints made against professional firms is that their clients are not made aware, in advance, of fees to be levied. This can result in clients’ surprise at fees charged, when the fee note is issued.
Our answer to this is our transparent fee policy, guaranteeing that clients will be aware of the fees being charged, well before receiving any fee note. In addition, for ongoing services, all clients receive an annual fee quotation, agreed with you in advance, making you aware of the annual recurring compliance fees which you will be charged.
As part of every fixed fee, we also provide you with unlimited access to the entire team at Alexander & Co for advice on ad-hoc matters. This means that you can call us at any time knowing that you will not be charged for the time or advice.
If the issues raised at any of these phone calls or unlimited consultations described in the previous paragraph require research and analysis beyond the consultation, we will provide a fixed price quotation before any additional work is done.
Guarantees and safeguards
To make sure that our arrangement continues to be fair to both parties, we will meet throughout the year and, if necessary, change the scope of the services to be provided and the prices to be charged in light of mutual experience.
We continually wish to improve and develop the services that we provide to our clients and consequently seek continual feedback on the level of service we are providing.
